Bio

Skye Green enters her first season on the FSCJ women's basketball staff. She helped lead the Hiram College Terriers to the No. 6 seed in the NCAC Tournament in her first season as Assistant Coach.

Coach Green most recently played at Texas Southern University from 2020-23, an HBCU located in Houston, Texas. She started 12 games this past season for the Tigers, and scored in all but 1 of her 17 total games played for the year. She notably registered a career-high 11 points against Prairie View A&M on January 28, 2023, and had two different games with 8 rebounds against Alabama A&M and Bethune-Cookman.

Green also played 18 games over two seasons at UNC Asheville from 2018-20, giving her 73 career games of D-I playing experience.

At Flagler-Palm Coast High School, Green was a four-year letterwinner in basketball and also a member of the track & field team. She won multiple awards during her high school career, including the 2016 Daytona News Journal Player of the Year.

Green also taught the fundamentals of basketball and served as a mentor for younger basketball players while in high school.
